Was applicated as from july 17 th 1967. This favourable rate ended the 31st of december 1976   STAMPS FOR OFFICIEL USE NATIONAL COMPANY BELGIAN RAILWAYS (NMBS) Used by NMBS normal correspondance inland servise.
The NMBS ordered an buyed thiese stamps by the Postal Services and was given a deduction of 35% on the total of her acquisitions.
